Zac specializes in multifamily investment advisory, valuation, and transaction services within the Dinius-Warsinske Multifamily Group of Marcus & Millichap. Zac is committed to providing value in every interaction he has with clients, and believes that results follow real connections with real people. Zac’s passion is for the North End of Washington State, including Snohomish, Skagit, and Whatcom counties.

Zac graduated from Western Washington University with a B.A. in Business Administration and a Concentration in Finance. He learned the value of resiliency and a never-give-up attitude through his time on Western’s Rowing team. He also learned valuable networking and career skills through his engagement with Alpha Kappa Psi, a business fraternity. Zac is a Washington native, and in his free time he enjoys mountain biking, reading, and spending time with family.
