Tanner joined the Dinius-Warsinske Multifamily Group of Marcus & Millichap in 2022. Tanner specializes in multifamily investment advisory, valuation, and transaction services. Focusing on the South King & Pierce County Markets, Tanner utilizes his market expertise in trends, sales, and valuations to assist clients in maximizing their returns on current & future investments. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Tanner spent time as an Audit Associate at KPMG, where he developed expertise in financial statement analysis.

Tanner played college basketball at Whitworth University in Spokane, Washington, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration with a Concentration in Accounting. Through hard work, education, and team sports he has developed a strong work ethic, diligence, and passion that allows him to better fulfill his clients’ desires and opportunities. Tanner is a Pacific Northwest native and in his free time, he enjoys sports, outdoor activities, and spending time with his family.
