Ryan serves as a First Vice President Investments in the Seattle office of Marcus & Millichap. Ryan has extensive multifamily experience bringing almost a decade of commercial real estate experience to the team. Ryan’s commercial real estate expertise combined with his strong academic and professional background in finance, marketing, and economics provide a streamlined, professional service for clients.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Ryan was a Senior Vice President at Kidder Mathews focusing on the sale of multifamily assets and development sites throughout the Puget Sound region. Ryan was awarded Kidder Mathews’ Big Hitter Award, recognizing him as a top producer within the company.

Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Ryan worked at Merrill Lynch as an intern in the Wealth Management Division. This opportunity strengthened his knowledge of asset management through stocks, exchange-traded funds (ETF’s), mutual funds and bonds. Ryan focused on analyzing fund investment strategies, trends analysis, market analysis, and attaining new clients for his team.
