RJ joined the Dinius-Warsinske Multifamily Group of Marcus & Millichap in 2023. RJ specializes in multifamily investment advisory, valuation, and transaction services. Focusing on the Core-Seattle Market, RJ utilizes his market expertise in trends, sales, and valuations to assist clients in maximizing their returns on current & future investments. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, RJ spent time as a Growth Strategy Consultant with a firm that has since been acquired by Accenture, where he developed expertise in market research, financial analysis, and strategic positioning.

RJ played college lacrosse at Bates College in Maine, where he graduated with a BA in Economics and Math. As a result of his strong academic background, competitive athletic experience, and track-record of client success, he has developed a relentless work-ethic and a client-first approach that allows him to best meet his clients’ needs. In his free-time, RJ loves to be active outdoors, skiing, biking, and fly-fishing with friends and family.
